Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

What to bring

• Any recent x-rays from your dentist
• A list of your current medications
• Your dental insurance card and information
• A referral slip, if your dentist provided one

If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your time to another patient.
