Your First Visit

Your initial appointment usually consists of an examination and a review of your treatment options. In most cases, treatment can be started the same day as the consultation. A complex medical history or treatment plan may require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

Please bring the following to your consultation

• Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist, if applicable
• A list of the medications you are presently taking
• Your dental insurance information and any completed forms
• A referral slip from your dentist, if you have one

X-rays

If your dentist has taken recent x-rays, please bring them with you or ask your dentist to forward them to our office. If additional imaging is needed, we can capture it here using our in-office 3D cone beam scanner.

Please note: a parent or guardian must accompany any patient under 18 at the consultation appointment. Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern before surgery, or if you are currently taking any medication.
